I give this 6/5 stars!!! Yes, that's one more than my rating system, it's THAT good :)
Fashioned after Bone Fish Grill's famous "bang bang shrimp," this cauliflower recipe is time consuming but totally worth it with amazing taste and yeild. I ended up asking James to help in order to expedite the process (he handled the skillet), so I recommend this as a two person recipe (you could even have a child helper do the dipping and coating while you fry :)
My 4yr old was skeptical at first, but he fell in love at first bite. There was only a tiny bit leftover, which I ate for lunch the next day :)
I used our spicy japanese sauce from this recipe because it was simpler and we had some on hand. (If you use 2tbs of sriacha instead of 3, it will have more of a sweet than spicy flavor for kids :) We will absolutely be making this again!
